Kid to Kid had some decent finds, like there was definitely good stuff in there, but the store itself felt kind of all over the place. I kept trying to find certain sizes and they weren’t always together, so I ended up digging around more than I thought I’d have to. Not terrible or anything, just... kind of okay

It felt fair to find so many good brands in one place. I came across Gap, Carter’s, and Nike stuff all in the same trip, which saved me a lot of running around.

I had to reach out to customer service about a problem with my order, and it was kind of a mixed experience. They do reply, but it takes longer than I was expecting, and I had to explain the same issue two times. The person I talked to was nice enough, and it did get fixed in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was bad. I just wish the whole thing is quicker and a little easier.

My order turned out okay in the end, so no major complaints there. The only thing was customer service took longer to get back to me than I expected. I’ve ordered from kidtokid.com a few times now, it usually feels like I’ve survived some kind of mini parenting quest when I find the sizes I need. The good news is the size options are solid most of the time, and I like that I can find toddler clothes and bigger kid stuff without scrolling into the abyss forever.
The only dramatic heartbreak is when certain sizes disappear fast, especially shoes and jackets. One minute you think you’ve found the perfect thing, and the next it’s gone like it never existed. Annoying, yes, but I guess that’s kind of the deal with secondhand clothes.
Overall, it’s been a good site for finding things my kids actually need without making me feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s not perfect, and there are definitely moments of frustration, but I’d still use it again

I picked up a few shirts and a pair of shoes for my son, i wasn’t expecting much, but everything came in way nicer than I thought it would. The clothes were clean, no weird smells or anything like that, which is always the first thing I check. And the shoes looked like they’d barely been worn, so that was a nice surprise. Kids grow out of stuff so fast anyway, so this worked out really well. I’ll definitely order again once he’s outgrown these.
